This web server is intended to be a low-volume, unofficial web site. If you
need to reference a big file more than a couple of times, please save it
on your own system instead of continually re-reading it from here.

Why?

Well, this server is not running on a big official internet host. It is
running on the computer in my living room, connected to the internet via
a cable modem. That means that it can't handle a lot of traffic, and
the internet connection is designed to get things *to* my computer,
rather than *from* my computer. In fact, if I end up with too much
traffic going out of my computer, the cable company will just cut
back on my bandwidth (speed) going both ways, and we all lose. So,
thank you for keeping my traffic low.
