    THIS IS A NON-REVERSIBLE ACTION. You will be asked for your password
    and confirmation. This command is still not implemented in Amiga
    Empire - it still just sets your country status to 'resigned', which
    prevents you from logging on. A deity can easily set the status back to
    normal.
