Today Edmonton was hit by thick smoke from the fires burning out west in British Columbia. I took some pictures from my balcony, then a few more out on my walk.
Early pan around - can still sort-of see downtown.
Later - downtown is gone
Even later - very thick around 3 p.m.

I had been looking at the different yellow flowers when I noticed that sunflower down there. Hardy plants!
