Today I didn't go on my usual walk through the riverbank area. Instead, I just wandered around the neighbourhood and took a few new backdrop pictures. There was one in particular I wanted to get. So, only two non-backdrop pictures here!

It's summer, but sometimes it looks like its snowing. Its just seed fluff coming from the Poplar trees. You can see some in this picture, but it really doesn't give the proper idea. |

Here is the tree that that batch is coming from. Some years, when there are a lot of trees in an area, the ground can end up with almost an inch of fluff building up. It's much lighter than snow, so appears as more of a gray layer than white. |
