Set #9734 - M1A1 Abrams Tank

This set builds a large tan tank, a good companion to the #9761 Desert Patrol. There are a few new detail pieces included, as well as the usual good set of basic bricks. Some of the track skirting pieces are pre-painted. Most of the tank, however, is plain tan. The intent is that the builder custom camoflage the tank with the included camoflage pens of washable ink. Also new to me is a brick separator. It has the two forms on opposite ends, instead of on the same end like the Lego one. This set includes a pair of large rubber treads, and companion sprocket wheels. They work pretty good, but it does take a fair amount of force to get it all turning.
